Font and overall design
I based everything solely on the name "Safa" because I thought it sounded nice. From there, I chose the font, the design, and the advert to reflect the name’s meaning. "Safa" means innocence and purity, so I selected a curly, subtle font that I felt captured that feeling—something soft yet clean. I went with the font Simplisicky because it was both curly and simple, which I really liked.
Using the font and brand name as inspiration, I created the logo and adverts. Since "Safa" suggests purity and innocence, I associated it with something angelic. That’s why I added angel wings and a halo to the logo. The drink itself also helped shape this idea—the swirly liquid inside looks like a cloud, which ties into the cloud background and the angel wings I included throughout the design. I wanted the branding to feel cohesive, so I used the phrase “a small dose of heaven” as the slogan, reinforcing the theme.
Product image
For the drink design, I kept the same background and text for all three versions, only changing the contents of the bottle and the flavour. I used a Photoshop template I found online and edited the colours and text to match the brand. For the background, I added a personal photo from my camera roll, layered with an image of a stairway to heaven I found on Google. I set this overlay to 75% opacity so that the original photo is still visible, but subtly.
Slogan
I used the slogan "Innocence, Purity, Safa" because in Arabic, Safa is a feminine name primarily used by Muslim families, and in English means purity and signifies a girl or woman associated with purity or possessing qualities attributed to it like innocence and tranquillity, so the word/slash name has such a beautiful meaning that it made sense to use it in this campaign. i took inspiration from the Skittles adverts as they had a somewhat similar reason because their product is rainbow coloured, they used "taste the rainbow"
Difference in the design of social media and print
I have laid out all of my adverts differently because of the different formats they will be used for like the social media one ca be done with just a picture and a caption whereas the flier one will need to have a couple social media icons and the newspaper will need a title, picture, and a bit of information as well as some reviews from others as people will generally only believe a newspaper if the product either has celebrity endorsement or reviews they are laid out differently due to what is needed for each format and based off of what is most commonly seen in those formats.

Colour Scheme
I chose the colour scheme of muted greys and whites, but a few varying shades of blue, as they are soft and subtle, with a light yellow for the glass details These colours usually are associated with a calming feel and an angelic and innocent look, which looking at the slogan that is very obviously the vibe i was going for.
